Follow Me

In the early church, leaders like Paul encouraged believers to follow him as an example of conduct and leadership. He encouraged them to follow him as he followed the Lord, a principle for those in leadership roles today—from parents to presidents.

The Strong Hand of the Lord
When the Lord stretches forth His hand, things happen. In the Bible, a reference to the Lord and the word "hand" always results in power released and two things take place:
- God’s people in the ongoing porcess of being blessed and
- their enemies porgressively destroyed – eradicated, not just contained

Whatever expression of the enemy that has been nipping, whatever belongs to you that he has taken, turn the hand of the Lord loose against that very expression and you will see there are no enemy survivors from the hand of the Lord. It is fair to ask: Are we really ready for what is about to happen?

The enemy wrongly expects that we will be half-hearted or stop short of completion but we realize this is our time to eradicate the thing, totally. It is humbling to stand by as God deals with people, particularly if you love them; we find ourselves wanting to always step in and to supply comfort for their flesh. Instead, we should allow what God is doing. Hands off. The time has come for deliverance. Our portion is to declare the Lord's working, by His strong hand! Read Article
